Ingredients: Roasted green peppers, onion, garlic, pineapple, apple cider vinegar, Cayenne Peppers & Ghost Peppers
Its big. Its green and its named after the Botanic Gardens in Belfast. Splash it on your salad, drizzle on your tacos or drop into some natural yoghurt for a zippy dip. This is a medium heat sauce but it is huge on flavour and the Ghost Peppers add that little bit of fire at the end.
The Ghost Pepper or Bhut Jolokia is formerly the record holder for the world's hottest pepper and originates from Assam in India. It was the first pepper to measure over 1,000,000 units on the Scoville heat scale (SHU) and is smeared on fences in India to keep elephants away from farmland.
